Christmas

We had a very nice Christmas this year, and saw most of the family living within driving range. The grandchildren and great-grandchild had a good time and we enjoyed seeing them all. The only down note was that my sister -in-law in California spent Christmas in the hospital.

It was the first year in a long time we have had a white Christmas - in fact, a little too white, with about 7 inches of snow falling into the day and followed by a high wind, soon to be followed again by severe cold.

The wind blowing snow as the sky cleared off about 4 PM Christmas day.
