Jamaica (Vermont) State Park Camping and Hiking Trip
Lucy the Dog and I went back to Jamaica camping and hiking for the first time since July 2022, which was the last time Kathy and I were able to go together. It hadn't changed too much, except for the 2023 landslide.
I took mostly still photos, but put them together with a short video made with my cell to make a video of most of the still shots I took. The leaves were turning but the days were dull. No strong sunshine. A lot have come off this year without turning.
It was cold. Not the coldest I ever endured there, which was when the temperatures got down in the 20's F and the park water system froze up! But we had the camper back then and it had a heater. This time there was just a small tent and a dog! Both Lucy and I are old now and we both felt it!
Probably will never go camping again this late in the Fall. However, it was an enjoyable trip and I got out taking photographs again!
