With the claim that there aren't enough young people to finance Social Security for the old, WHY is the President proposing cutting The SS payroll tax? This proposal makes absolutely no sense - it doesn't give people enough extra money in their paycheck to make any difference to the economy, while it jeopardizes support for the old. It seems the Democrats as well as the Republicans are determined to gut Social Security.
